A horizontal TMR feed mixer is a self-contained feed processing machine that chops, kneads, and blends roughage, concentrate, minerals, vitamins, and additives into one uniform Total Mixed Ration. The machine uses one or two horizontal augers inside a long mixing trough. As the augers rotate, feed moves along the trough and is cut by blades against fixed knives. The result is a consistent ration that prevents cattle from sorting feed and improves dry matter intake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
